Woodoco Force
Woodoco Force, a variant of plywood made out of hardwood, is widely utilized across multiple industries, ranging from home, office, or marine furniture to outdoor furniture. It is extensively used in the manufacturing of various furniture items, such as shelves, shutters, kitchen cabinets and many more. Its exceptional durability and resistance to damage are attributed to the robust bonding between the layers of wood.
Additionally, the product is backed by an 11-year warranty and undergoes appropriate chemical treatment with water-soluble fixed-type preservatives under vacuum pressure, effectively safeguarding against wood-destroying organisms such as insects, borers, termites, or fungi.
Suitable for a variety of applications
Woodoco Force Plywood exceeds the required technical standards and is meticulously crafted under the supervision of technical experts using carefully selected core and face veneers. These veneers are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde BWR grade resin under high temperature and pressure. This stress-relieving treatment also ensures that the plywood maintains its anti-warp properties and remains dimensionally stable in both excessively wet and dry conditions throughout its lifespan. The Indian Standards specification number for Woodoco Force is IS:303.
